Who are you? Have you TRULY come to terms with who YOU are and embraced your identity, your quirks, and your own ‘special-ness’?

Accepting yourself and finding purpose in who YOU are will take your life to a whole new level of peace, fulfillment and joy! Hope you enjoy this teaching!

Living Lesson 5 Homework Project

1. List any 5 things about yourself, that you have changed over the years, and you feel happy and content that those things have changed and do not cause you any more heartache, insecurities, pain or failure of any kind.

2. List any 5 things about yourself that are absolutely unique, and do not ‘fit the mold’. Things that one might call quirky, stunning, adorable, different, unique, one-of-a-kind, special. 

3. List any 5 things about the following people that are absolutely unique, and do not ‘fit the mold’. Things that one might call quirky, stunning, adorable, different, unique, one-of-a-kind, special. 

a) Your spouse (if unmarried – choose a close friend)

b) Each of your children (if you don’t have children – choose someone that you have been mentoring, helping or nurturing in any way… (not your spouse… ha ha))

c)  Each of your parents

4.  When looking at your lists from questions 2 and 3, would you say that

a)  you have accepted your own uniqueness (give a reason for your answer)

b)  you have accepted the uniqueness of your spouse (or close friend) (give a reason for your answer),

c)  you have accepted the uniqueness of your children (give a reason for your answer)

d)  you have accepted the uniqueness of your parents (give a reason for your answer).

5.  Describe in one sentence YOUR own, unique purpose – the purpose that you feel that Father God has made YOU for. (Think about who YOU are – your passion, what drives you, your testimonies, what you would like to share with everyone.)
