When connecting with God’s heart, and looking at events in the Old Testament from God’s perspective, will help you understand why God acted in wrath and destroyed Jerusalem – it is much bigger than ‘keeping the law’ or about a bunch of sins! It’s about betrayel and a lack of knowledge, that exceed the old and new covenants, doctrines and laws. It’s about intimacy and building relationship with the Lord.
